Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Jnhbodyshop, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to process and ship most orders within 2–3 business days of receiving payment. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number to keep you updated on its progress.

If you receive a defective product, please refer to our limited product warranty for assistance.

General Return and Exchange Guidelines

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (based on the date on your receipt). After 30 days, returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted.

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions apply:

• The item must be in its original condition, with unopened packaging, unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
• Items sold as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
• This policy excludes items explicitly marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
• For online orders, return shipping costs are not covered by [email protected].

Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected and are in addition to this policy.

All returns must be sent to Jnhbodyshop in their original condition. Additional charges may apply for normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, missing parts, or accidents.

If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, Jnhbodyshop will cover the return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The determination of the product’s condition and the enforcement of this policy is at JNHC LLC‘s sole discretion.

• Requests not adhering to the above terms will not be authorized.
• Returns made without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund, and Jnhbodyshop is not responsible for the loss of goods.

For authorized returns or exchanges, Jnhbodyshop will provide a prepaid return label. Please follow the instructions carefully, ensuring that all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and complimentary gifts are returned with the product.

Once your return or exchange is received, we will notify you via email. The item will be inspected, and you will be informed whether your request has been approved or denied based on its condition and Jnhbodyshop‘s policies.

If approved:

• Exchanges will be processed promptly.
• Refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds
